Aluminum Foil Sealing & Screwing Cap Machine. This equipment is widely used in industry of tooth paste, cosmetic, drugs and food, etc. It is applicable in aluminum foil sealing and putting cap-cover on various soft tubes.
This equipment is with high automation. It can put on tubes and seal, take off the tubes automatically. Controlling system PLC was adopted in the controlling section so that it can make the machine work more accurately and steadily.
We adopt the organization of precise-cam-degree in Position-turning. This organization can fix position precisely and firmly. The position-turning electric machine can change speed by using different frequency. Customers can adjust the working speed themselves.
The rotary valve adopts accuracy cam indexing mechanism with precise and smooth positioning, universal. Heating aluminum foil with special technique makes sealing quick, nice and fast. Servo engine driving makes capping adequately screwed. The user can adjust speed with the frequency conversion type speed control to the rotating engine.
P.S. All types of screwing capping rocker screens, guide rails and sealing dies can be customized.
