Brief Introduction.
Laminated Tube Making Machine is successfully researched, designed and manufactured by us with the advanced technologies home and abroad on our tube machine of the second generation. Together with mechanical, electronic and pneumatic technologies, the SMZG-100C is high automatic. Compared with the machines of the same kind home and abroad, it boasts of lower investment, higher productivity, lower consumption, easier operation, automatic warning on failures, non-stopping roll re-feeding, accurate position of rotary cutting, easier maintenance and more stable performance. With the high frequency welding and the aluminium-plastic laminated material, it can produce laminated tubes of all specifications with smooth and firm welded seam. Its accurate cutting makes the tubes the same length. It can be combined with our SMZG-100C automatic shoulder-injecting machine to become an automatic tube production line that is scientific and reasonable in working in high speed and producing well products. It has the advantages of high utilization , lower labour intensity, more safety, etc. over the domestic tube machines used now.
This machine is mainly composed of automatic roll-releasing device, connecting platform, storing case, automatic margin-cutting mechanism, automatic tube-forming device, high frequency welding mechanism, vertical and level traction devices, automatic tube-feeding mechanism, automatic synchronous revelling cutting mechanism and computer control system. It has awarded the national patent.
The machine is high automatic, controlled by PLC with of touch screen. Compared with the machines of the same kind domestic and abroad, it has the following advantages:
1. Our SMZG-100C tube making machine adopts colorful screen, which is clearer and more convenient operation.
2. It has higher productivity, stable performance and lower consumption, very low defects.
3. With high frequency welding, welded seam is more firm and smooth.
4. Tubes are cut by either color code or length.
5. Seam welding can entirely cover the exposed aluminum foils to ensure the quality of fillings for quite a long time.
6. Alarming system is also adopted on the touch screen. It makes the operation more safe and easy.
7. The welding head can be adjusted 360o
