Selected materials
*Stainless steel blade from Krupp material. Stainless steel blades are self cleaned, with a stamping process by computer mathematical model.
*Galvanized frame
Through strength test, square frame and round air guide sleeve are stamped and connected together by standard fasteners, using electric power and air tools. Zn coat thickness no less than 200 gram per square meter, resistant to corrosion and weathering.
*Louver leaves
Hot galvanized louver leaves are also made by stamping mold.
1.5mm thick middle louver leaf supports plastic automatic centrifugal opening device, ensuring no deformation after operation for a long time. When fan stops operating, all leaves will close tight, leaving no leak for air or light.
*Taiwan-owned brand motor
1005 copper cored motor, with CCC authentication;
Power-1.1KW (50inch fan);.0.4KW(36inch fan);Protection grade-IP54; Insulation grade-F.
*Belt wheel and wheel hub
Aluminum magnesium alloy material, die casted, with better corrosion resistance.
Water proofing groove in the belt wheel protects water against entering inside.
Built-in oil bearing in auto industry enables maintenance-free.
Novel structure
*Automatic centrifugal opening device
It is injected by reinforced nylon and includes bearing drive structure. When powered, the centrifugal opening device pushes louver leaves quickly and flexibly, and then ideal temperature and ventilation can be reached within a short period.
*Invisible handle
Both sides of every fan are equipped with handle, making easier for transportation.
Concave hole design avoids possible damage to handle when installation in the wall.
*Plug hole
On the bottom of every fan, plug hole is prepared to ensure the whole fan has no accumulated water at any time.
Many tests and inspection
Many kinds of testers are used for testing performance, such as anemometer, vibrometer, ampere meter, megameter, withstanding voltage testers, sound machine and others, to guarantee all advantages of CMEC fan-high strength, large air volume, low noise and so on.
A static balancing testing-Weigh fan blades by electronic scale to ensure all the 6 blades of a fan have the same weight.
A dynamic balancing testing-Proof the angle of six halves of a flange to guarantee they have the same angel.
Another dynamic balancing testing-Test assembled blade and flange in operation by dynamic balancer to ensure equilibrium amount of each blade is no more than 1 gram.
