Screw silo cleaning machine is a mechanical bin cleaning machine of complete with flat plate round bin. It will be used for finishing residual material discharge which is not natural outflow in the bin. This machine suit for bulk material outflow such as corn, maize, soobean, rice and coleseed etc.
This machine consist head driven, screw and movement mechanism etc. When the head of bin cleaning machine support on the top of round bin outlet the moving mechanism push the bin cleaning machine rotary with the head to outflow the material from the side to middle of round bin and finish the bin cleaning work.
OCJ screw bin cleaning machine’s feature as follows:
- Modularity design, free combination as different bin diameter, good commonality.
- High intension, good rigidity, good seal, before cleaning bin works it could pre-bury in the material.
- Moving mechanism matches double connect skid proof tire, and set block to rotary walk freely.
- Hunger bearing of screw include oil nylon, good abrasion resistance and useless fill the oil.
- Driven device and bearing have been sealed treated, and could work continuously at high dust situation.
