FEATURE:
1. They are used as classifiers in cleaning units of flour, semolina and pulse factories.
2. Vibro grain separators clean more effectively in high capacity operation.
3. Double stored sieves can easily be assembled-dismantled and sieve angle can be adjusted.
4. Increasing and decreasing the vibration is possible by adjusting motor angles and weights
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:
1. Vibro motors are placed at the center of gravity of the machine. The corn feed-case shakes together with the body that functions vibrating on the rubber rest. Thus the product spreads evenly and uniformly all over the sieve surface.
2. The small objects pass through the meshes of the second sieve and falls down on the bottom side of the machine. From here, they get into the outlet channel for tiny crops and taken out from the side.
3. The vibration of the machine is adjustable.
4. Sieving area can be used 100% as a result of the inlet clack that provides the uniform flow of the material.
