CBH α-amylase inhibitor, a functional weight control ingredient derived from wheat protein and purified by proprietary processes, could neutralize the enzymatic activity of alpha-amylase from saliva and pancreas, consequently the conversion from dietary starch to glucose by such enzyme would be blocked or postponed, some dietary starch pass through the body undigested.
CBH α-amylase inhibitor is featured with remarkable high α-amylase inhibit activity, at least 5 times higher than other starch blocker products. Meanwhile, CBH α-amylase inhibitor contains no allergen and anti-nutritional factors like trypsin inhibitor, which also present in other starch blockers.
