CBH - L-Cysteine is one of building blocks of protein and plays very important roles in the body. The primary role of L-Cysteine is in the production of important antioxidants such as glutathione. In addition, it serves as precursors for synthesis of proteins, glutathione, taurine and coenzyme A. Besides of the application in feed, pet food, function food supplement and pharmaceuticals thanks to its biological function, it is widely used in other industries, such as bakery, flavour, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, due to its characteristic sulfhydryl group.
It can promote the formation of gluten and prevent the dough form getting old and feeble. It is also used in natural fruit juice for preventng vitamin V oxidation.
CBH is in the position to provide two level L-Cysteine hydrochloride products:
- L-Cysteine HCl Monohydrate (Food & Petfood Grade)
- L-Cysteine HCl Anhydrous (Food & Petfood Grade)
We apply top level quality assurance system to control the whole production line to ensure the safety and consistency of the products. All products are derived from human hair or duck feather, and maintained 98% min content.
