Product Description
Comparing with metals, modified nylon, without fillers like Wholesale Soapstone powder, has low elastic modulus, tensile ability and creep resistance; its mechanical property depends evidently on temperatures; its molecular includes the amine gene, which could absorb water easily. Its products are easy to absorb water which results in their deformation during using procedure. And the fast cooling of its products brings out the incomplete crystallization, all products crystallize when using them. This leads to the deformation of the products and even cracking. All the above disadvantage could be perfected significantly if padding nylon with ultra-fine talc powder masterbatch or Wholesale Soapstone powder, which possess the function of nucleation.
