1. Warranty policy

a.)Motor and battery 2 years and we have both service in eurpean market

b.)For frame, handlebar, stem and wheel rim we provide 2 years warranty.

c)whole electric biycle 1 year

1.1 The following conditions, not including in warranty policy

a.)Any damages caused by human factor.

b.)Dismounting any parts without professional technical people.

c.)Use other parts in our electric bike or scooter.

d.)Damages caused by traffic accident and other accident.

e.)The problem caused by overloading.

2. Technical support

a.)We provide “electric circuit diagram” for each model.

b.)We can train customer’s 1 or 2 technical workers for free.

c.)When oversea customers meet serious problem, they can not work out by technican,

we will dispatch engineer to customer’s company to give help.
