A: For custom cap and hat, our MOQ is 800 pcs each design each color.
Q: Can i order the cap with my own design & logo?
A: Yes, we offer OEM&ODM service, so we can make any cap based on your artwork or original sample.
Q: Can you make the cap sample for approval before starting the mass production? How can i get the custom sample?
A: Yes,the custom cap sample can be offerde for approval by email images,if you need to check the actual sample,we can send it by express,while you have to take on the sample delivery freight.
Q: What the payment method did you accept?
A: For small order, we accept Paypal ; For big order, we accept T/T
Q: Can you get the sample for free?
A: Yes,if you placed an order before,we can sample for free,if not,after 50% deposit of the order,we also will send you sample free of charge.
Q: How is your sample time and mass production tim
A: Normally we ask 5-7 work days for sample.
24-500 pcs we ask USD 15-30work days
500-3000 pcs, we ask USD 20-25 work days
5000-10000 pcs, we ask USD 25-28 work days

Q: Can you arrange the shipping for me?
A: We can arrange the shipping for you.Normally we ship the caps by DHL, FedEx,UPS,etc.If the quantity is too large,can by sea and air.
