Casted aluminum water cooling ring
We bend water pipe to make sure they cover evenly. Fix bended pipe in relative mold to make sure water pipe in middle of water cooler. Then pouring liquid alumium to this mold. At last finish machining each size according to drawings.
Comparing to aluminum heating band, this product is to cooling target parts, in order to avoid overheating or to maintain target temperature. In temperature controlling system, cooling ring is playing an important part. Due to heating inertia, heater will continue to heater object even temperature controller started work. At this time, water cooler plays his role, to take away extra heat.
