Mica heater
Mica heater is made of high quality NickelChrome heating wire which is wrapped on mica band. Mica band is covered by stainless steel, whose cover can be made into shining light or matt.
Mica heater is widely used on plastic injection machine and plastic extruder etc. It can be made into band, tubular and many other forms according to customers’ requests. Any customized improvements are also available for your most suitable use.
Mica heater must be made into the size needed especially when the heating is from inside. Therefore, pls offer detailed information when ordering:

The size and length of the wire
The location of the wire
