Mica Heating Board with plug
The terminanl can be connect with plug or leadwire;
The heater which has one partition is called single slice form. If it has two partitions it is called double slices form. The standard products all use metal strips to tighten. The carry sons which connect to the power all use the screw type as the standard. Its made-to-order shape can be the line-out type. But for the machine structure it cant be durable.
Although strip heater has a smooth surface and flexibility, it still needs choosing exact size to ensure the heated material has high efficiency thermal conduction. The heater can lengthen the service life too.
The heater is mainly used in (1) plastic injection moulding machine, (2) the heating part of the machine head of hollow shaping machine, and (3) the heating system of extrusion machine. The operating temperature can reach up to 350. Its characteristic features include compactness in size, fast speed of heating, well designed in shape and excellent heat exchange capability. It is an indispensable heating element in the rubber and plastics industries worldwide
