Tubular electrical heater
Tubular electrical heater is made by advanced machines and thermal materials. All tubular heaters are tested by precise equipment, guaranteeing its high performance and high reliability and are widely used in industry or household. The cover of tubular heater is usually made from red copper tube, steel tube or stainless steel tube, with a diameter usually from 6~25, with a maximum length up to 7 meter. (Special sizes are also available)
And some points pls to be noted:
1. Heating area must be completely immersed into liquid lest that partly excessive temperature would result in crack even if a very small part is exposed in the air.
2. Lead end must not stay away from moisture and other liquids.
3. Ensure it is the proper heater before using it.
4. If dirt accumulates on the outer tube, pls clean it in case it may cause partly excessive high temperature and fracture.
This immersion/tubular heater is made by outer tube which could endure corrosion, and then process into flexion, and then weld it into right size. Connector was protected by open cover, and we can supply water-proof cover or explosion proof cover.
