1. Genreall introduction
For bending angle steel, channel steel,flat steel,circular tube,round bar into circular shape.
Can be operated either vertically or horizontally.The three rolls are all main drive , driven by the
hydraulic motor.
The model JXW24S is section bending machine with arc-line adjusting of bottom die. Section can be bent to circle or arc piece. Correcting circle piece can be carried on this machine too. (Note: if bending precision is higher, special dies are necessary. Or other standard dies is enough.)
Machine body is welding construct. After welding, anneal process is carried out.
The top die is fixed. Two bottom dies will move up or down with arc-line. All dies are driving rollers. They are driven by hydraulic motor. Bottom dies are driven to move up or down by hydraulic cylinder. All movements are steady and safety. To ensure bending precision, guide rollers are mounted on the both sides of top die. Display unit of bottom dies position is mounted.
