Product Features:
1.The processing products:On the principle of vacuum forming,used for disposable heat transfer printing surface of 3d abnormity products,more powerful stability and lower defect rate.
2. The processing features: the 3 d products heat transfer printing machine can cover entire surface of the product cooperating with PVC elasticsublimation membrane. Including products’ turning angles, rounded corners and concave. Making workpieces’surface smooth without fracture, wrinkle, peeling phenomenon.
3. The operation control: man-machine interface control operation, easy to operate;
4. Electrical control: PLC programmable controller, photoelectric and position sensors adopt
imported high-quality brand for stable operation performance, heating temperature and
processing time can be controlled by high precision digital display.
5. The machine adjust: hot roller pressure is controlled by digital adjustment, directly input the number of pressure, convenient and clear operation, easy and accurate adjustment.
6. Hydraulic control: imported hydraulic pump, all with stainless steel cylinder, smooth and durable operation.
7. Vacuum control: adopt imported vacuum pumps, negative pressure response rapid operation, low noise, durable, low defect rate.
