Process description of cassava starch extraction machine :
1. Brief Introduction
Cassava powder is also named cassava whole powder. It is the whole processed cassava root and maintain all nutrient composition in the plant.
The production is a physical process to separate dirty solids, fiber, etc. from cassava with water as media. Cassava flour is popular used in everyday life for make bread and cakes.
2. Flow Chart
> Cleaning section
Washing dry cassava from impurities such as dust and other impurities to get clean dry cassava.
> Milling and grinding section
Grinding clean cassava root into cassava slurry to make it easy dewatering and drying.
> Fermentation Section
The purpose of the Fermentation Section is to remove the poisonous substance in the fresh cassava.
> De-hydrating section
Sending the fine slurry to dewatering machine to remove the moisture inside the slurry, and then send it to the air dryer.
> Drying section
Drying the dewatered cassava flour in the air dryer to get dry product.
> Product packing section
After drying, the cassava flour will be sieving by a product sieve and then packed by automatic packer.
