The LW-560 type Pulley drawing machine consist as:Pointing Machine, pulley drawing machine, wire roll take-up machine and butt welding machine.
the pulley drawing machine consist as:wire feeder,main reducers, mould boxs, wheel frame, the line and the electrical control system, etc
The wire come throught the wire feeder,throught the main reducers,By motor through a gear shaft driving all the drawing drum level 2 different ratio of cylindrical gear reducer, so that the drum rotating work, drawing drum is vertical, installed on the cover of housing, gear pair with oil lubrication. Drum wall equipment cooling water spray device, to reduce after drawing wire residual heat on the surface of the drum, die immersed in water, to reduce the working temperature of the mold.
Pointing Machine use to make the wire thinner before it pass throught the wire feeder .
The wire roll take-up machine use to take up the wrie after drawing. And the Butt welding machine use to weld two parts of wire.
