ping pong effect thermoplastic sheet for shoes

Thermoplastic sheet to toe puff and counter material on non-woven base with excellent shape effects. Both side bonding, coated with EVA-Adhesive.

Method for use:

Required interface temperature for bonding: approx. 90 -100°C

Activating temperature: approx. 120 -150°C

Time: approx. 20 - 40 sec

Note: All data may vary according to substance of material and type of upper

Thickness	0.35mm-2.0mm

Application	Toe puff for sports shoes, casual shoes, kid shoes and shoes, light weight shoes, the lining of handbags, caps,luggage etc.
