Automotive sealing strip
1. Our automotive sealing strip is dominated by good elasticity and compression deformation, ageing resistance, ozone resistance, chemical action, the use of our automotive sealing strip is an wider temperature range (- 40 ℃ ~ + 120 ℃) of EPDM foam rubber (EPDM) compounded with dense, it contains unique metal fixture and tongue clasp, strong and durable, good for installation.
2. The material of automotive sealing strip:
We used natural rubber to make sealing strip at the early commonly , later development to ethylene, propylene rubber, nitrile rubber, such as synthetic rubber for the mainstream.we also use the PVC resin. For the front and rear window, triangle and other fixed window edge part also has used a variety of binding form such as direct bonding method or rubber belt bonding.
3. The functions of setting sealing strip:
(1) Automotive sealing strip could keep the car from wind and rain, dust, heat insulation, sound insulation.
(2) When the car body was hurt by vibration and distortion, sealing strip also play the role of buffering, shock absorption, protect the glass.
(3) Automotive sealing strip also plays a role of decoration to the edge of the door delivery.
