Phenolic foam(PF) sandwich panel making machine with color steel facing
Xuelong phenolic insulation foam sandwich panel making machine line is newly research and developed sandwich machine.
Rigid polyfoam sandwich panel with color-steel facing continuous machine line is used for producing both the upper and lower layer are color coated panels with core sheet of anti-combusition polyurethane, polyisocyanurate and phenolic insulation foam.
Its operation principle is as follows: Rigid polyfoam raw materials, according to a certain blending ratio, are delivered into mixing head to agitate through metering pump unit on the injection machine and then uniformly injected onto the bottom facing sheet of sandwich panel. After the injection, the bottom facing sheet shall move toward the double-belt conveyors together with panel’s top facing sheet. Between the two conveyors, injected raw material is foamed and hardened into shape. At the end of the line, the formed sandwich panel is cut into preset length by an automatic tracking cutter.
Xuelong phenolic insulation foam sandwich panel making machine/production line can produce the phenolic insulation foam as core sheet and upper and lower layer are color-steel. The main technical parameters as follows,
Phenolic insulation foam sheet core thickness :50mm,60mm,80mm,100mm,120mm;
Al-Mg-Mn alloys sheet: thickness: 0.3-1.0mm width:1000,1200mm;
Color coated steel sheet: thickness:0.5-1.0mm width: 1000,1200mm;
Effective width for the PF sandwich panel: 600-800mm,
Length can be any size according to customers' requirements.
