2. Q: Are samples available before orders?
A: Yes, most of our designs are in production, so samples will be available. For customized design, the sample cost should be born by the clients and it will be refunded when official orders are released. For both cases, shipping fee will be covered by the clients.
3. Q: What is your lead time?
A: Normally, the orders will be ready in 30-35 days after receiving the deposit and sample confirmation. For urgent orders, we will try to catch your time.
