We produce biomass pellet making line machines, such as wood logs debarking machine, wood logs splitter, wood sawdust making machine ,wood chipper, hammer mill, grass/straw cutter, straw bale crusher ,pellet machine and briquette machine, dryer and cooler, screener, mixer, biomass pellet boiler ,pellet packing machine and all conveyors etc., for wood chipper, we have two types , one is drum wood chipper, the other is disc wood chipper, for used small disc wood chipper details, as below :
1. Used small disc wood chipper is mainly used to crush raw wood logs into 2-3cm wood chips, the thickness of last chips is 1.5mm-3mm,length and width is 10-30mm. it also can crush long bamboo or sugarcane into small chips ,the difference between drum chipper and disc wood chipper is that after crushed by disc wood logs chipper,the outlet chips dimension is smaller than more even.
2. Used small disc wood chipper has feeding door on top or on the side —changeable speed feeding logs ,for outlet discharging chips type , there are two ways , one is to outlet from the other top door , the other discharging type is to outlet from bottom.
3. Used small disc wood chipper can be driven by both diesel engine and electric motor, very easy to operate and repair .
