1.Crusher machine for making sawdust can crush big wood logs or timber
wood branches, furniture waste, long bamboo into smaller than 5mm powder sawdust. At this moment, mostly sawdust making process is wood chipper+hammer mill two process, but now wood sawdust making machine integrates two machines advantages and can crush raw big logs into fine sawdust powder directly ,which is the most ideal equipment for biomass energy fuel plant and widely used in wood factories. Please tell us your raw wood logs diameter for us to choose best model.
2.Crusher machine for making sawdust contains 4m length feeding belt conveyor, when conveying logs, the speed can be adjusted. Also it can connect with outlet conveyor to transport away crushed wood sawdust. The outlet conveyor can be installed at the chipper bottom or installed at the behind of chipper.
3.Crusher machine for making sawdust has knives grinder,which can grind knives never after certain time, no need to change knives often. The full unite wood sawdust machine contains 4m length feeding conveyor ,outlet conveyor, knives grinder, electrical control cabinet etc..
4.Crusher machine for making sawdust has limit feeding door dimension ,for example GX215, feed door size is 160*400mm, means raw wood logs should be smaller than 16*40cm , but length no limit, feeding speed can be adjusted.
5.After crushed by crusher machine for making sawdust, the last sawdust powder dimension is smaller than 5mm , which can be used to press pellets directly . Wood sawdust making machine key parts are made by CNC systems, through high technical heat treatment , which are long lifetime , reasonable structure, low consumption and high working efficiency.
