We mainly produce biomass pellet making line machines such as wood logs debarking machine, wood logs splitter, wood chipper, hammer mill, dryer and cooler, pellet mill and briquette machine, pellet packing machine and conveyors etc. . For sawdust mixer ,details as below :
1.sawdust mixer is widely used in mixing the biomass materials such as sawdust, straw, stalk ,paper powder etc. It can mix more than two types biomass, has liquid adding system, which can add various of liquid.
2.sawdust mixer is continuous mixing principle ,mixing efficiency is high . it has new mixing rotor structure , don’t exist blind Angle. mixing uniformity is good, distance between rotor and machine casing can be adjusted , bottom end is for continuous discharge, after discharged, there is no materials residual.
3. the other end part of sawdust mixer is gear transmission, Preventing materials escape phenomenon. the decrease of the transmission power greatly reducing the energy consumption . the length of mixer casing is longer, degree of homogeneity is high, mixing continuous accurate and reliable .
