various liquid can be added. Animal feed materials such as soybean, maize, cereal e.c.t fertilizer materials such as plant waste, animal manure, home waste ferment materials, e.c.t mixing time per batch is just
30-90 seconds, Now it is widely used in animal feed industry, fertilizer industry, aquatic product
breeding, chemical industry, aquatic product breeding, medicine and so on.
2.animal feed pellet mixing machine has two full length discharging doors, input feeding and bottom
output discharging doors are both two ,the output discharging doors have two manual and pneumatic
types, generally larger than 1000 Model will install pneumatic door, in this way, no need to operate
discharging process by manual. The discharge speed is fast, and there is no residual left inside after
discharging.
3.animal feed pellet mixing machine mixing time is short (30-90seconds per batch).
Adding input and output time, the mixing time is about 10-15minutes per batch(full load working), it can mix 4-6times per hour. The degree of homogeneity is high(cv is smaller than 5%), the mixing time can be adjusted according to feeding materials speed and quanity.
