1. Mixer machine for fertilizer is widely used in mix fertilizer and animal feed powder, granules,etc.; it also can mix the biomass materials such as sawdust, straw, stalk, paper powder etc.. It can mix more than two type materials, has liquid adding system, which can add various of liquid. Mixing time per batch is just 30-90 seconds, now it is widely used in chemical industry, wood processing factory, animal feed industry, fertilizer industry, aquatic product breeding, medicine and so on.
2. Mixer machine for fertilizer has two feeding door on top, one is used to add main materials, the other is used to add additives. The output door both have manual and pneumatic type, generally larger than 1000 model will install pneumatic type, in this way, no need to operate by manual. The discharge speed is fast, and there is no residual, but pneumatic discharging type needs to buy extra air compressor. Also it contains liquid pump, which can add liquid, when liquid spray to mixer, will become steam, making high mixing efficiency.
3. Mixer machine for fertilizer mixing time is short (3-6minutes/batch). Adding input and output time, the mixing time is about 15-20minutes per batch(full load working), it can mix 3-4times per hour. The degree of homogeneity is high(CV is smaller than 5%)
4. All steel materials of mixer machine for fertilizer can be changed into full stainless or just carbon steel, that will be designed according to your mixing materials characteristics.
