Multifunctional wood hammer mill application:
Multifunctional wood hammer mill can crush wood chips, all kinds of wood waste, straw, stalk, grass, rice husk, bamboo, palm fiber, PVC forming board and other biomass material into 2-8mm fine powder before making pellets.
Multifunctional wood hammer mill working principle:
Several group of hammers rotate by the transmission of power, after reach a certain speed, the feeding raw material was crushed repeatedly. The fine powder after crushed will be discharge from the sieve of hammer mill through the air fan help. When discharge, the hammer mill need the help of air fan and cyclone, the centrifugal force made by hammer mill rotor not enough for discharge.
Multifunctional wood hammer mill note:
1. Before crushing, The raw material length and width should be better between 3-5cm, the thickness should be better smaller than 2cm.
2. Before crushing, raw material moisture should be smaller than 20%.
3. The bigger the feeding material dimension, the smaller the capacity.
Multifunctional wood hammer mill characteristics :
