Banaban ‘Sulphate Free’ Virgin Coconut Oil Coconut Rich Shampoo benefits are:
- Sulphate free – Sulphates essentially is what makes shampoo turn into thick lather in the shower. This inexpensive ingredient which is standard for most shampoos and cleaning products on the market have been known for causing frizziness in curly hair and may damage colour. Banaban Coconut Rich Shampoo is sulphate free and will still lather beautifully without any added chemicals.
- Provides rich foam with low irritation properties - As sulphates are detergents they can affect our delicate scalp, hair and hair follicles. Banaban Coconut Rich Shampoo will help with low irritation for your scalp and aid with keeping it moisturised and replenished.
- Contains Virgin Coconut Oil – Virgin Coconut Oil is essentially one of the best natural hair conditioners and treatments you can find on the market.
- Contains no ethoxylated thickeners – Ethoxylated thickeners scientifically is a modified chemical to help thicken ingredients and bind them together. Banaban Coconut Rich Shampoo contains no such chemicals.
- Paraben and formaldehyde free – these preservatives are what keep cosmetics products from spoiling over time. Banaban Coconut Rich Shampoo contains no parabens or formaldehyde.

All shipping is calculated by weight and flat shipping rates are Australian wide. Purchased items will be shipped within 1-2 working days of the order being placed (dependant on the chosen freight carrier). Ken Sigrah and Stacey King are the couple behind NATURE PACIFIC and TRIBAL PACIFICA who understand very well the problems facing indigenous communities as they struggle for daily survival and the upholding of their ethnic identity in a rapidly changing world.NATURE PACIFIC is a joint Australian-Fiji company specialising in the development of certified organic and ‘organically grown’ Island products and traditional remedies that have been part of daily life through out the Pacific for centuries.
NATURE PACIFIC also links with sister company – TRIBAL PACIFICA as part of a Pacific Islands Group of companies which encourages business with local indigenous communities through the sale of Tribal Art and Artifacts from Papua New Guinea and the Pacific
Ken is an indigenous Banaban Pacific Islander whose people are referred to as the ‘Forgotten People of the Pacific’ (for more detailed information visit . His partner, Stacey is an Australian, with six generations of her family’s involvement with the Banabans and fifteen years experience in aid and cultural projects in the Pacific region.
They both share a professional background in the Australian Natural Health industry over the past nine years and have developed a BANABAN range of Fiji grown Virgin Coconut Oil products to promote what the Banabans have known for centuries. For Ken and his people the Coconut tree aptly known as ‘The Tree of Life!’ is an essential part of daily life. As Ken states, ‘we cannot survive back home on our island without the Coconut Tree, it is the essence of daily life for us.’ ‘The Coconut Tree provides us with coconut milk, oil for cooking and to protect our skin and hair, material to build our homes and wood for our canoes. We even turn the toddy we collect from the tree into sweet syrup, kamaimai which is a lovely sweet drink or the men ferment the toddy into our local beer. We credit the flesh from the coconut with providing us with strong thick hair and strong teeth. Various parts of the tree are used in our indigenous medicines.
Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please contact us within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Nature Pacific Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Nature Pacific Pty Ltd will offer a full refund on goods (less original shipping fee) within 7 days of receiving your order. The goods must be returned and resent at buyers expense and should be in original packaging.

RETURN OF SALE/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
All sale and promotional purchases are FINAL, these purchases WILL NOT be refunded or exchanged unless the product is damaged (please refer to damaged stock).
REFUNDS POLICY
All refunds will be credited back via the original form of payment, e.g. credit card, bank account or Paypal account. Refunds will be credited within 48 hours once the return order has been approved. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or in your bank or Paypal account.

Nature Pacific will contact you and advise if the item is currently unavailable and offer an exchange or substitute item.
DAMAGED STOCK
If you receive damaged stock we appreciate photographic evidence to assist us in addressing the issue as soon as possible. Please send images and be sure to include your order number and reason for contacting.
