Products Specification
The RC/A5-D Load Moment Indicator with the functions of lifting monitoring and torque protection is applied to luffing tower crane .Each indicator includes a controller cabin, a LCD monitor, a load cell, a travelling limit switch (with potentiometer), a set of output cable, an anemometer etc. The indicator can display trolley range, actual load ,rated load, hook height, slewing angle, wind speed, moment indicator in real time. With the function of monitoring the load in real time, the indicator can help to prohibit over load operation.
Functional Performance
l Detection: measuring and displaying trolley, actual load ,rated load, hook height, slewing angle, wind speed and calculating torque ratio according to the hoisting weight.
l Image display: with the adoption of a image display function, the tower crane image is displayed on the monitor, in which way we can view all the above mentioned parameters more intuitively.
l Alarm function: giving out acousto-optic pre-warning when the load reaches the pre-set warning threshold (95%) (buzzer tweets discontinuously, torque column on the monitor turns yellow); giving out acousto-optic in warning, when load or trolley range reach the preset risk threshold (105%) (buzzer gives long time ringing, alarm lamp on the monitor displays red uninterruptedly); If there is a failure, the alarm lamp located in the cab roof can give out an alarm signal (optional).
l Torque protection control function: allow or prohibit the hook from lifting up and trolley going forward according to the load situation. Including two controlling points: hook hoisting up and trolley going forward at slow speed.
l Record working history: The indicator can record all the history operations and the operator can view those data on the monitor. The data also can be downloaded to other computers.
l The tower crane load list updating function: the exclusive load parameters provided by the client are stored in the storage of indicator,,which can prevent unauthorized operation.
