Action (workpiece flow) process: |
Startup – Insert PP pipe onto the main shaft manually, and then put on the auto-feeding cylinder clamp. Press the reset key to return the equipment to the initial position and then press the start-up switch. The equipment starts to operate automatically with fire, for blowing away the hairs (so as not to cause the pressure hairs). After a period of hot melting, the inductive switch will receive the signal for cutting the fire source and switching off the air source of liquid-gas and oxygen automatically, and at the same time, the hair blowing air source is cut off. After that, the melt and finished products are loosened, and the cylinder will be reset automatically. The actions will be circulated. |
