Machine Structure

The key component of this machine (lathe bed, headstock, saddle, sliding plate, knife rest and gear box) adopt high strength grey cast iron HT250, use three-level aging treatment, especially the nature aging is more than 6 months, the material capacity is stable, won’t be deformation. It is able to be heavy cut and keep the processing accuracy.

Lathe bed

The lathe bed ways go through supersonic frequency quenching, proceed with high precision abrasive machining by guideway grinder, so this machine will always keep the high precision. There is PTFE anti-wear soft wear in the friction surface of saddle and sliding plate, so the guide way precision will be improved, the service life of machine was extended.
