Here in the following are introductions of some performance and applications of some grades:
We produce different sizes and different shapes of tungsten carbide pins, studs, nails for the tyre stud, spike, shoes, horses, buses, trucks, etc.
All of our materials for the carbide pins are made by our own Carbide Powder Plant, so you could get the products with excellent quality & favorable price.
The carbide pins can be controlled within a very tight tolerance at +/-0.05mm.

All the products must be inspected strictly with the ultrasonic and only those haven't any harm such as pore canbe shipped out.

Q 1. what's the payment term?
A. We accept TT,30% deposit and 70% balance agaisnt copy of BL
Q 2. how's the delivery time ?
A. usually it will take about 25 - 30 days for production.
But for new molds, the delivery date may 10days more, as we need about 10days to develop and check new molds.
Q 3. tell me the standard of package?
A. For the small capacity, it use carton, but for big capacity, we should use strong wooden case / metal drum for protection.
Q 4. Made by cutermized drawing or not?
A. We have mold design department. So we could produce goods with our own molds and with your drawing.
Q 5.Could you offer Form A or C/O ?
A. It totally not a problem. We can prepare relative documents to forgin affairs office or other office to apply for this certificate.
Q 6.Would you accept to use our logo ?
A.If you have good quantity,it absolute no problem to do OEM.
Q 7.We want to know month capacity.
A. monthly, we could supply 10–40 tons per month.

A. Our products are popular in Germany, America, Brazil, India, Rrussia, Indonesia, Philippines, Italy, Pakistan South Africa, Egypt and etc.
