Our company produce many different sizes and different shapes of yg11c tungsten carbide inserts for snowplow Inserts.
All of these Carbide Inserts are made from the Virgin Raw Materials and HIP/Sintered, with excellent properties, as per the clients's requirements, at competitive prices.
There are two Grade Material popular in this carbide snowplow blade insert:
1. Grade YG11C, 11% Cobalt, WC 89%,
Density: 14.4g/cm3, Hardness: 87HRA,
TRS: > 3000 N/mm2, Coercivity: 7KA/M% Grain Size: > 2.4Micron
Porosity: A02, B00, C00 HIP Sintered.
2. Grade: YG10C, 10% Cobalt, WC90%
Density: 14.5g/cm3, Hardness: 87.6HRA,
TRS: > 3000 N/mm2, Electricity dynamics: 2.4
Porosity: A02, B00, C00 HIP Sintered.

Q 1. what's the payment term?
A. We accept TT,30% deposit and 70% balance agaisnt copy of BL
Q 2. how's the delivery time ?
A. usually it will take about 25 - 30 days for production.
But for new molds, the delivery date may 10days more, as we need about 10days to develop and check new molds.
Q 3. tell me the standard of package?
A. For the small capacity, it use carton, but for big capacity, we should use strong wooden case / metal drum for protection.
Q 4. Made by cutermized drawing or not?
A. We have mold design department. So we could produce goods with our own molds and with your drawing.
Q 5.Could you offer Form A or C/O ?
A. It totally not a problem. We can prepare relative documents to forgin affairs office or other office to apply for this certificate.
Q 6.Would you accept to use our logo ?
A.If you have good quantity,it absolute no problem to do OEM.
Q 7.We want to know month capacity.
A. monthly, we could supply 10–40 tons per month.
Q 8.Where is your market?
A. Our products are popular in Germany, America, Brazil, India, Russia, Indonesia, Philippines, Italy, Pakistan South Africa, Egypt and etc.
