1.Introduction: fermentation cask body is provided with a sandwich or cold, heating, cooling temperature. 3.The attachment

2). Be sure to check the cooling water is turned on, temperature probe is inserted into the slot before open fermentation tank power, otherwise it will burn out heating circuit.
3). In the fermentation process must keep the table clean, used the culture bottles and other items to clean up in a timely manner, for some reason spilled acid and alkali liquid or water should be immediately dry.
4). On the tank installation, removal and sterilization should be particularly careful pH electrodes and the body of the vulnerable and expensive parts.
