PVD coating technique has inherent advantage such as superior chipping resistance of coated film itself and maintain the toughness of carbide substrate.Thus it is possible to increase the tool life approximately 2-4 times longer than carbide cuttig tools.
PVD coating can make sharp cutting edge without blunting of sharp substrate.
Ti-base coating film can provide excellent surface finish and high accuracy machining due to the low affinity of Ti film and work piece.
Using TICN as main component,is harder than cemented carbide and has lower affinity with ferrorus work piece at high temperature,thus cermet have special advantage.
Variety of available grades as per ISO classification(P,MK) Excellent resistance to thermal crack allows cutting with coolant.
Specially designed alloys have fine micro structure and low affinity with work piece.
They have excellent toughness in general.
P series WC-TIC-TAC-CO Excellent thermal shock resistance and resistance against plastic deformation.
M series WC-TIC-TAC-CO Comprehensive grades have excellent thermal shock resistance and superior strength.
K series WC-CO Hard and strong grades for general cutting

The basic choice as central insert.A PVD-coated grade with excellent wear resistance and toughness at low to moderate cutting speeds.Suitable as central and peripheral inserts.
M (M20-M40)
Basic choice for ISO M application area.PVD coated grade with excellent edge toughness and resistance against built-up edge.Suitable as central and peripheral inserts.
K(K10-30)
Basic choice as central insert for toughness demanding operations.A PVD-coated grade.
Suitable for toughness demanding applications as peripheral insert for coromant U drill in diameter 12.7-17mm.Good combination of wear resistance and toughness.A PVD-coated grade.
Q 1. what's the payment term?
A. We accept TT,30% deposit and 70% balance agaisnt copy of BL
B. Irrevocable L/C payable by draft at sight is acceptable.
Q 2. how's the delivery time ?
A. usually it will take about 25 - 30 days for production.
B. For new molds, the delivery date may 10days more, as we need about 10days to develop and check new molds.
Q 3. tell me the standard of package?
A. For the small capacity, it use carton: about 20kgs.
B. For big capacity, we use strong wooden case or metal drum for protection. about 30kgs.
Q 4. Made by cutermized drawing or not?
A. We have mold design department. So we could produce goods with our own molds and with your drawing.
Q 5. Could you offer Form A & C/O ?
A. We can prepare relative documents to forgin affairs office or other office to apply for this certificate.Form A , C/O, Form E , Form F, CIQ certificate and etc is available.
Q 6.Would you accept to use our logo , OEM / ODM?
A. OEM / ODM is acceptable. Your brand is also acceptable, but we needed the copy of your brand regisited letter and letter of authourity.
Q 7. We want to know month capacity.
A. Monthly, we could supply 10–40 tons per month.
Q 8. Where is your main market?
