1. High Quality Plywood inside
Plywood, which is widely used in office furniture, is made by a kind of pressing machine by pressing layers of 1mm veneers under a specific temperature—ranging from 105 º-120 º. There are six sizes of plywood which including 3mm, 5mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm and 18mm.
Based on ergonomic design, seat back plywood is designed regarding human body curve, which makes people feel naturally comfortable while sitting on it. High temperature pressed 12mm plywood which passes the inspection about anti-moisture, anti-corrosion and pest control treatment can reach the max.load 350 kg.
2. 35-40 High Density New Foam
Density is an important indicator for foam, which means the higher density the foam is, the smaller interspace and the higher weight it will be. For example, 40 density foam means one cubic meter foam weights 40 kilogram.
Haiyue uses high density new foam or moulded foam ranging from 30 density to 60 density. Generally, 40 density new foam is used in the seat and 30-35 density in the back.
3. High Polished Chrome Steel Star Base
Haiyue use chrome steel frame arms with high polished requirement.
High polished chrome steel frame arms known as its mirror-like effect thanks to complex and delicate
craftsmanship, which look like shiny and beautiful.
But there are still three main levels polishing craftsmanship.
Level 1, also called rough polishing, just focus on removing burrs, scratches, rust marks and various parts defects in order to reduce surface roughness.
Level 2 means to further remove the coarse left by Level 1, and the surface will be more smooth and brighter than Level 1.
Level 3 is the highest level in the polishing craftsmanship. Polishing paste will be required and it makes surface most shiny—just like a mirror after further processing finish.
Haiyue use polish products at Level 3 to ensure providing durable and stable quality goods to our customers.
4. Elegant Upholstered Seat Cover
Elegant Upholstered Seat Cover means that the parts of the chair transit naturally and smoothly, and it should be angular and symmetrical in order to show it is natural beauty. Skilled sewing workers make sewing line trim and neat. Inner filled with new foam are placed at their suitable corner, no missed nails, no wrinkle, produced by other skilled workers.
5. BIFMA or TUV Standard Gas Spring
Haiyue use #85 gas springs which pass the BIFMA test. It lift very smooth and it is noiseless while lifting. Meanwhile, the max.load is 250 KG and it can lift 300,000 times without destructive. Its warranty is 5-8 years regarding normal using.
