Rubber Tile Press is mainly for making rubber tiles. It can make 4 pcs 500*500mm rubber tiles in 15 minutes one time. Raw material rubber granules need to be smaller than 24 mesh.

Common rubber tile size is 500*500mm.
There are also bigger size which is 1000*1000mm.This machine can produce 8 pcs each time.
Thickness of the tiles can be from 15mm to 50mm. Thickness used often is 15mm, 20mm, 25mm and 30mm. Different thickness, vulcanizing time is a little different.

B rubber powder mixing machine
Moulds:
Production: Put rubber granules into mixer. Add glue and color pigment. Mixer will mix them completely. Then put granules after mixing into molds and spread out. Push molds into vulcanizing press. After 10-12 minutes, it can be finished and take out the tiles.
Application:
Rubber tile vulcanizing press is to make rubber granules (from waste tires) into rubber tiles.
This kind of products are used in stadiums, children’s playground, gym, senior center, swimming pool beach, kindergartens, nurseries, parks, stations, shopping malls, office, hotels and so on.
Rubber tiles is with elasticity, high strength, stand wear and tear, antislip, shock proof, insulation, antistatic. Ground covered with rubber tiles can protect people from falling down.
