YZ-128 Water base pvc glue of vacuum forming
Product introduce :
Water base pvc glue of vacuum forming is suitable for PVC film and abnormity of fiber board, high density board, MDF, particle board, board to wait between vacuum blister process.Vacuum blister technology is mainly used in computer, cabinets, door,speakers board and furniture manufacturing.
Advantages of features:
1, Tis product belongs to high water-base adhesives, non-toxic non-combustible, green environmental protection;
2 Have strong adhesion and end viscous force,
3, High solid content, large coating area
4, Good heat resistance;
5, According <GB18583 "interior decoration material adhesives >standard.
Ingredients:
Waterborne acrylic emulsion, excluding GB18583 (interior decoration decorates material harmful material) in the adhesive of harmful substances, total volatile organic content is less than 50 g/L.
Method of use:
1, clean, dry the surface before gluing .
2, machine nozzle or ordinary spray gun glue evenly onto the fiberboard;
3, wait for a certain time (after about 10 to 30 minutes), sub transparent vacuum suction plastic blister on the process.Flow operation can be performed.
4, vacuum blister process, will be strongly bonded to the PVC membrane fiberboard, tear film after cooling, plate damage.
6, glue solidified completely after 24 hours.
