Operation Instruction
l Place the bowl in a freezer, and leave it there for 12 hours
l Fit the paddle on the spindle.
l Take the bowl out from the freezer
l Install the lid with motor unit, spindle and paddle on the bowl.
l Switch on the ice cream maker.
l Add the ice cream or sorbet mixture by pouring it through the filling hole in the lid.
l Set the paddle to churn the mixture until it reaches the desired consistency.
l Once the ice cream is ready, switch off the machine and remove the lid.
