Based on ergonomic design, seat back plywood is designed regarding human body curve, which makes people feel naturally comfortable while sitting on it. High temperature pressed 12mm plywood which passes the inspection about anti-moisture, anti-corrosion and pest control treatment can reach the max.load 350 kg.
There are some ways to judge whether a piece of foam is good or not:
1. Judging by its appearance
Normal foam has some small holes. The smaller holes it has, the more delicate it will be, except special foam—like chaotic air sponge with irregular holes.
2. Judging by touching
Good quality foam rebounds quickly in few minutes after you press it. But inferior foam has poor rebound ability.
3. Judging by its tensile elongation
Good quality foam’s tensile elongation reaches at least 80% compared with low-end foam.
4. Judging by its odor
Good quality normal foam has light smell while bad foam smells awful and makes people feel insufferable as its inferior materials.
5. Judging by tear strength
Good quality foam is hard to tear but the poor ones can be easily broken while poking with your little finger.
Density is an important indicator for foam, which means the higher density the foam is, the smaller interspace and the higher weight it will be. For example, 40 density foam means one cubic meter foam weights 40 kilogram.
Haiyue uses high density new foam or moulded foam ranging from 30 density to 60 density. Generally, 40 density new foam is used in the seat and 30-35 density in the back.
