It is widely applied for the packaging of beverage, food, medical and chemical products, etc.. Without carton, suitable for square, round and elliptical bottle, all can be handled perfectly. It has very good intuitionistic effect and is the preferred equipment of beverage production line
Machine features
Reasonable structure and reliable performance: This machine integrates optical, mechanical and electric principle and adopts the principle that synchronous electric and pneumatic transmission which reduces complicated mechanical transmission chain and improves the precision of mechanical transmission to make the structure be reasonable and reliable.
Advanced performance: This machine adopts the world advanced synchronous control technology by servo motor, film cooling technology, film tension control technology and bottles pressureless control technology.
High degree of automation: The machine adopts advanced photoelectric control technology. The control system is composed of special coder, PLC, advanced detecting element and international famous electromagnetic clutch. It could detect the state of bottle, cardboard and film. If part of machine's location is changed a little by people, the work of the machine will not affected. Through count impulse, the film quantity could be counted. When the film is not enough, there will be automatic alarm. Temperature in the passage is automatically adjusted in a constant temperature. The transmission and cut of the film is also automatically controlled.
Wide application: As the machine adopts adjustable device, the application of application is widened. Bottles can be handled with diameter Φ50~Φ90mm and height 200~350mm.
Safe and reliable: This machine adopts protection door can be opened by handle. While the door is open, the safety switch will stop the machine automatically.
