How to Use The Rapid Diagnostic Malaria Antigen Test Kit ?
1)Strip
Test Procedure: 1.Immerse the strip into the urine for 5 seconds .
2.Lay the strip flat on a clean, dry, non-absorbent surface .
3.Read results in 5 minutes.
2) Cassette
Test Procedure : 1.Place cassette on a level surface.
2.Add 3 drops of the urine specimen to the sample well .
3.Read the result in 5 minutes.
3) Midstream
Test Procedure : 1. Point the absorbent pad downward; place the absorbent pad in urine stream for at least 10 seconds to be thoroughly wet.
2. Otherwise, collect urine into a clean cup and dip half of the absorbent pad into the urine for at least 5 seconds.
3. Read the result in 5 minutes.
