This machine is the introduction of foreign advanced technology design and manufacture of rinsing,filling, capping three in one machine. The filling valve is introduced from German company technology manufacturing, high precision manufacturing, filling level is accurate, small fluid loss, especially for high-speed filling; screw capping system is introduced from the French company technology. 

(1) Simple transmission system: using integrated deck, rigid structure, easy to wash and clean, the whole machine adopts prop bottom of the bottle  conveyor structure transmission, large transmission space, easy maintenance; centralized lubrication system, machine maintenance is more convenient, simple.
(2)The bottles central accurate during the process of filling : adopting unique prop bottom of bottle filling, plus the pre-centering cover features to ensure accurate sealing in the bottle mouth and filling valve port, no leakage phenomenon, really reduce the loss of the finished material.
(3)  Precise level control: The liquid level of filling cylinder is measured by the probe-type liquid-level meter, automatically adjust the controlling feeding liquid through a variable signal ,ensure that the level inside the cylinder is always the same during the filling process .

(4) The accurate speed regulation : Using advanced motor frequency control technology make the machine speed regulating is accurate and smooth in the start-up and production , digital display filling speed. The whole machine adopts PC programming control with high degree of automation.

(5)  Health structure: All parts in contact with the beverages are made of stainless steel, all liquid and gas pipes are used inside and outside polished tubes, seals of all contact with beverage are used food nitrile rubber or silicone rubber, meet the health requirements .
(6) Capping working principle: capping head and sleeve coupling as a whole, when it is rotating with the shaft, the gear of capping shaft via an intermediate gear with the inner ring gear engage, and make it rotation and sealing the caps tightly.
(7)  Capping machine adopts vibrating cap hopper , not damage the cover, to ensure the caps not deformed.
(8)  Replace the bottle easily and quickly: Change parts are made of quick-opening structure, replacing the bottle quickly and easily.
