1. Product Features
Transport of goods: crude oil, refined oil, chemical liquid, edible oil, etc.
Tank material: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy. adopted BAOSTEEL and WISCO superior steel or aluminum alloy co-developed with ALCOA. Service temperature of some insulated liquid tanker can reach to 150℃, can be used for most of the material which need heat preservation, suit for the transport of crude oil, coal tar and bitumen etc. (the service temperature of normal aluminum liquid tank is less than 50℃, not suit for insulated tank)
Light weight: Optimized structure and the aluminum frame make the kerb mass of CIMC LINYU aluminum alloy tank less than the other factory. Maximized actual loading weight can bring more profit to the owner.
Automatic welding: Tank body fastener with automatic welding machine and vertical welding seam improve the welding quality and strength.
Anti-weave structure: By the using of finite element analysis system, establish model of full condition stress analysis, which can improve the strength of the tank with lighter weight.

Our guanantee is one year from the date of shipment, if there are any problems caused by the quality of our products, we will provide parts(wearing parts) or dispatch engineer to help you solve it.
