Programmable smart RFID full color printing plastic pvc name ID card
ID card, a system of the access control management, it shows the orderliness of a company or school. It contains 2 main systems, magnetic stripe and RFID microchip.With different shape, logo and art craft on the card, it distinguishes different companiesand schools, which is a good way to show the company culture.ID cards ensures the safety and orderliness for offices and schools.
Basically, there are 2 standard sizes for ID cards, which is CR80 and CR50
CR80: 86*54*0.76mm (3 3/8*2 1/8”, thickness 30 mil)
CR50: 85.6*43.8*0.76mm (3 1/2*1 23/32”, thickness 30 mil)
Customized size is available.
There are two main systems of ID card, magnetic and RFID.
Magnetic system (two categories):
Loco: 300 Oe, 600 Oe; Hico: 2750 Oe
Loco is a more popular option for ID cards.
RFID system (three categories):
LF: 125 KHz; HF: 13.56 MHz; UHF: 860-960 MHz
Frequently-used chips for ID card are:
LF (125 KHz)
HF (13.56 MHz)
1_ MIFARE Classic® 1K (Memory size: 1024 bytes; User memory: 716 bytes)
2_ MIFARE Ultralight® (Memory size: 64 bytes; User memory: 48 bytes)
ID card can be used as corporation ID and access cards, medical cards, student ID cards, membership ID cards and ID badges.
These ID cards can be made with several art craft and you can print logo, photo and personal information on it, making it distinguished with others.
ID cards are widely used in access control and ID identification.
As the ID card typically have barcode (serial number) and magnetic stripe (chip), it could be encoded to associate with each other. Encoding the same data of the barcode (serial number) into the magnetic stripe (chip). When you scan a card, the data in the magnetic stripe appears the same on the card.
Available Crafts:
Hot stamp (gold/silver/red), Laser silver/gold, Laser Engraving, Ink jet printing, Scratch off panel, Barcode/QR code, Thermal printing, Hologram, Embossing, Adhesive sheet, UV ink, Hologram, Hole punch, etc.
In order to satisfy some customers who want to print the ID card by themselves, we can supply the ID card with lamination (overlay) on it. With the overlay, the printing effect will be better.
ID cards with overlay are popular among the schools system and membership system, since they need to print different students’ photo on it.

PVC Cards are more and more widely used in many applications, such as promoting, marketing, loyalty, hospitality, etc. With bringing convenience to people, it also increases white pollution damage to environment. Nexqo researches and develops green pvc material named NexPVC®. NexPVC® is a 100% oxo biodegradable pvc, it could biodegrade in a landfill condition without creating methane gas even in an oxygen-free environment.
NexPVC® had passed the test (ASTM D3826& ASTM D 5208-1) of The American Society of Testing and Materials and got the certificate from GEMA.

To make sure cards can be delivered without any damage, Nexqo uses top standard packaging. All Paper boxes and cartons are made of high-quality material.
For standard size (3-3/8”*2-1/8”):
A.Inner Box: 440*100*40mm, 500 pcs /box, 3kg
Outer Carton: 460*130*110mm, 1000 pcs/carton, 7kg
B.Inner Box: 210*100*60mm, 200 pcs/box, 1.5kg
Outer Carton: 480*230*140mm, 2000 pcs/carton, 14kg.
