Product description
The machine is new model of polishing machine. Having high degree of automation, beautiful appearance, reasonable structure, convenient operation, large speed range, balanced running, low noise, high grinding efficiency and other features.This machine can effectively solve the workpiece grinding uneven overlap problem, especially for small and medium-sized workpiece with thick oxide films and larger burr, can improve the smoothness of grade 2 or above. The grinding efficiency is 10 times of vibration type machine, 20 times of drum type.
Features
With automatic flip discharge, vibration sieve automatic sorting the workpiece and abrasive, abrasive automatically into the grinding groove, frequency control, time control function.The above function through the PLC programming control, realize large screen touch screen visual operation,can realize the automatic operation or manual operation.
