into bio diesel.
Process principle is as follows:
ZZY 10-100 tons per day biodiesel processor:
1. Quality of biodiesel processor produced by ZZY biodiesel processor:
1) Meeting the EN 14241 Standard
2) Renewable
3) Non- toxic and biodegradable
4) Able to be used directly in most diesel engines without requiring extensie
engine modifications
2. Advantages of ZZY biodiesel processor:
1) High yield of biodiesel
2) Less than 0.24% total glycerol output
3) Special dehydration system resulting in shorter dehydration time, low present
water andavoiding hydrolyzingthe triglyceride to diglycerides and form a free
fatty acid
4) Capable of handling a variety of feedstocks
5) Good mixing characteristics and relative ease of handling homogeneous
catalysts as used in the biodiesel transesterification
6) Able to maximize reaction inhibition effects
3. Feedstock used in the ZZY biodiesel processor:
1) Vegetable oils: oils out of soybean, canola, palm, rape and etc.
2) Animal fats: fats out of beef tallow, lard, poultry fat, fish oils and etc.
3) Yellow grease: mixtures of vegetalbe oils and animal fats
