It is easy to Apply and widely used the wood surface of clapboards ,wood ceilings, wood doors, window sashes and furniture etc.
Method of Application:
The surface must be clean ,dry. oil-free and no wax. Stir well before use.
If necessary to thin it to be a suitable viscosity by clean water.
This product could be applied by brush or spray .
To brush 2 times for The top layer, you could not rub.
Tools of Application:
Tools for brushing:
ft brush;2.wood sand cloth(paper),600#,1000#,etc;3.rag;4.200 mesh filter screen.
Tools for spraying:
spray painting equipment,paint spray gun(1.0-1.5mm.nozzle diameter,5-6Bar.Pressure,the efflux could be controlled).Wood sand paper,filter screen and rag same as the tools for brushing.
Preparation before Application:
Painting should be started after the woodwork.
The place for application must be clean and never has the dust and fly ash and rummages,or the painting effect will be influenced.
Choose the nice day to paint.
The place that does not need to be painted should be covered tight before spraying to avoid tainting it.
