1. Fireproof
Combustion performance of magnesium oxide board: Tested by national fireproof building materials quality supervision and inspection center and other authoritative institutions as level A incombustible material. Its fireproof performance and fire endurance all fully conform to the fireproof requirements of lightweight interior wall board materials.
2. Moisture-proof
Magnesium oxide board has good moisture-proof performance. Its dry and wet deformation rate and heat shrinkage rate can be matched by no other products. Especially the flexural strength is 15 MPa under dry state and 22 MPa under moisture state, namely the strength of moisture state is higher.
3. Thermal insulation
Magnesium oxide board has good performance of heat preservation and thermal insulation, and its thermal resistance is R = 1.14 m2K/W
4. Noise insulation
As inspected by Quality Testing Center of National Building Materials Bureau, Magnesium oxide board has good noise insulation performance. Combine 75 mm light steel keel, rock wool and 8 mm or 10 mm boards to get 91 mm and 95 mm walls. The noise insulation effects are 44 db, 47 db, respectively, being the best noise insulation structure in modern domestic double-side veneer wall. Wherein the 95 mm wall which is made of 10 mm board can achieve the strength and noise insulation effect of same structured 4-layer 12mm normal gypsum board. So magnesium oxide board not only greatly saved wall space, weight and cost, but also shortened the installation period, creating a wall of high efficiency, energy saving and new kind.
5. Anti-collision
Magnesium oxide board is kind of lightweight board material. With density of less than 1.0 x 103 kg/m³, fracture resistance, good impact resistant performance, low construction loss, recyclable small pieces, anti-crushing, ability of drilling, sawing, planing, and easy decorating features, it has received favourable comments and trust from the users.
